A clear agreement for using Palm.

The service

Palm provides Scripture-reading, study, private reflection, library, personalization, and optional support features. Palm is an educational and devotional product, not a substitute for professional medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or pastoral care.

Your account

You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your login, and activity under your account. Do not misuse Palm, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, or use the app to violate another person’s rights.

Scripture and editorial content

Bible translations and source materials remain subject to their respective copyrights, licenses, and attributions. Palm’s editorial context and apologetics content is provided for learning and may be corrected or updated over time.

Subscriptions and purchases

Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Apple manages billing, payment methods, cancellations, and eligible refunds. Subscription access remains active through the end of the paid billing period after cancellation.

One-time support

Optional one-time support contributions are consumable Apple In-App Purchases. As disclosed before purchase, they provide 30 days of access to Palm themes, alternate app icons, and supporter achievements. They do not renew, do not replace or extend an active subscription, and are not tax-deductible charitable contributions.

Availability and changes

We may improve, replace, suspend, or discontinue features. We aim for reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Palm is provided “as is.”

Termination

You may stop using Palm or delete your account at any time. We may restrict access when needed to protect users, comply with law, prevent fraud, or address serious violations of these terms.
